Terms and conditions

These terms apply to directly bookable digital services from x25go. The offer is for SMEs and self-employed professionals. Every session is remote via Microsoft Teams.

1. Scope

The offer is for SMEs and self-employed professionals in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Larger consulting and project work is available at x25lab.com.

2. Service

x25go helps with AI, websites, online shops, eCommerce, digital content, visibility and related technical work. The service can include advice, support, review, setup or practical implementation. A ranking, AI mention or other result on an external service is not owed.

The service is provided only remotely via Microsoft Teams. x25go does not provide legal, tax, investment, medical or psychotherapy advice.

3. Booking and payment

You choose the session and package in the booking flow. The booking becomes binding after successful card payment. Advance payment by invoice is not offered for this service. After payment, the confirmation and invoice are sent by email. A copy goes to info@x25lab.com.

4. Sessions and changes

Regular daytime and evening sessions are offered from Monday to Thursday. A change is possible when it is requested in time and confirmed.

If you do not attend and no change or cancellation was confirmed, the session counts as missed. The paid fee remains due and is not refunded only because you did not attend. Not attending is not a withdrawal or cancellation. Mandatory rights and cases where x25go does not provide the agreed service remain reserved.

5. Withdrawal rights

Customers who normally live in Switzerland receive no voluntary withdrawal or cancellation right. Mandatory rights at the customer’s normal place of residence remain in force.

Consumers in the EU or EEA may have a legal withdrawal right for a distance service contract. Mandatory rules apply. If you expressly ask the service to start during the withdrawal period, you must pay for the part already provided when a valid withdrawal occurs. After full performance, an existing withdrawal right ends only when all legal conditions are met, including any required express consent and acknowledgement.

6. Remote delivery

Every session is remote via Microsoft Teams. You need a suitable internet connection and a device with a browser or Teams access. The personal link is sent by email after the booking is confirmed.

7. Your cooperation

You remain responsible for your own devices, accounts, passwords and content. x25go does not take over passwords. You perform login steps yourself.

8. Liability

x25go works with due care. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check important statements yourself. Liability is limited where the law allows it.

9. Privacy

The privacy notice applies.

10. Law and venue

Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection at the customer’s normal place of residence remains in force. Where legally allowed, the venue is Wil, Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

How a normal order works

You first choose a topic and a package. Then you pick an open session time. Before payment, you see the price, tax and total. After a successful payment, we send the confirmation, invoice and Microsoft Teams link by email.

During the session, we work on the booked task. You stay in control of your accounts and passwords on your own device. If a login is needed, you complete it. We explain each step and work within the agreed scope.

For services such as Google, OpenAI or other platforms, we can improve the technical and content base. We cannot control how another service ranks your page or whether it mentions it.

If a session time needs to change, contact us as early as possible. A change is valid only after it is confirmed. Mandatory rights under the law always take priority over these terms.
