Terms and conditions
These terms apply to directly bookable personal digital support for personal digital help through x25go.ch.
1. Scope
The services on this website are intended for personal digital help. The offers and conditions on x25lab.com apply to business clients, organisations and public institutions.
2. Service
The service consists of effective technical implementation for SMEs using artificial intelligence and improving websites, online shops, digital content and visibility. It is normally provided online via Microsoft Teams. On-site appointments are available in Eastern Switzerland; the fee is CHF 0.90 net per kilometre for the round trip from 9500 Wil SG plus a CHF 15 net starting fee, plus VAT. No legal, tax, investment, medical or psychotherapy advice is provided.
3. Booking and payment
Appointments are selected through the booking dialogue. A booking becomes binding only after successful card payment. Advance payment by invoice is not available for this private-client offer. After successful payment, a booking confirmation and invoice are emailed to the address provided; a copy is sent to info@x25lab.com.
4. Appointments and rescheduling
Regular daytime and evening appointments are offered from Monday to Thursday. Rescheduling is possible where practicable and when notice is given in good time. If the client does not attend the agreed appointment and no rescheduling or cancellation was confirmed beforehand, the agreed fee already paid by credit card remains due; the appointment is treated as missed and the charged amount is not refunded solely because of non-attendance. Mere non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal or cancellation of the contract. Mandatory statutory rights and cases in which Management Consulting Mayr fails to provide the appointment in accordance with the contract remain unaffected.
5. Cancellation and statutory right of withdrawal
No voluntary cancellation or withdrawal right is granted for bookings by clients habitually resident in Switzerland. Mandatory consumer rights of the country in which the client habitually resides remain unaffected. Where consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area have a statutory right of withdrawal for a distance service contract, that right is governed by the applicable mandatory law. If the client expressly requests performance to begin during the withdrawal period, the proportion of the service properly supplied up to an effective withdrawal must be paid. Any existing right of withdrawal expires after full performance only where all statutory conditions, including the required express consent and acknowledgement, have been met.
6. On-site appointments
On-site appointments can be booked in Eastern Switzerland where the address can be validated automatically. The on-site fee consists of a CHF 15 net starting fee plus CHF 0.90 net per kilometre for the round trip from Management Consulting Mayr, Waldaustrasse 2, 9500 Wil, Switzerland, plus VAT. It is calculated from the validated address and displayed transparently before payment.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for their own devices, accounts, passwords and content. Passwords are not taken over. Clients perform login procedures themselves.
8. Liability
Support is provided with due care and to the best of the provider’s knowledge. Results generated by artificial intelligence may be incomplete or incorrect and must be checked independently for important matters. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy applies.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions at the client’s habitual residence remain unaffected. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Wil, Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
